How to Care

Washing
Machine Wash: Use a gentle cycle with water at 30°C or cooler. Over time, hot
water may gradually weaken the fibers and cause shrinkage.
Detergent: Choose a mild detergent. Avoid bleach or harsh chemicals, as they
can damage the fibers and cause discoloration.
Avoid Fabric Softeners: Fabric softeners can leave a residue on bamboo fibers,
reducing their natural breathability and softness.
Separate Items: Always wash bamboo sheets separately from other items, especially those with zippers or rough textures, to prevent snagging and abrasion.
Remove Promptly: After the washing cycle, remove the sheets from the machine immediately to prevent wrinkles or mildew from setting in.

Drying
Air Dry: For best results, air dry your bamboo sheets by hanging them up or laying them flat on a clean surface. Avoid drying them in direct sunlight, as this can cause the fabric to fade and weaken.
Tumble Dry: If using a dryer, select the lowest heat setting or ‘air fluff’ to avoid excessive heat, which can cause shrinkage and damage.

Ironing
Low Heat: While ironing is not necessary for our sheets, if you choose to do so,
please use a low heat setting and avoid steam.

Stain Removal
Pre-treat Stains: For regular stains, apply a small amount of mild detergent directly onto the stain. Lightly rub the fabric together or use a soft brush to carefully work the detergent into the stain.
• Lemon Juice or White Vinegar: Add a small amount of lemon juice or white vinegar to your wash cycle to help remove stains. Use no more than a quarter cup, as too much white vinegar can damage the sheets. Both act as natural cleaning agents to lift stains without harming the bamboo fibers.
• For Deeper Whitening: To brighten the sheets, soak them before washing. Mix one cup of baking soda with one liter of water and let the sheets soak in the solution for at least 30 minutes.
• Rinse Thoroughly: After treating stains, rinse the area with cold water before
washing the entire sheet.
